Help! Missing eye?

Came home today and found my oldest hen just lying on the floor motionless. I thought she was dead but when I went to her she perked up but didn’t even look at me until I noticed her eye was bleeding profusely. I believe my rooster and hens might’ve ganged up on her and they attacked her. I was looking at it but please help I have no idea what to do. I’m not sure if her eye is gone or if it’s still there, be cautioned it might be sensitive material. However please help me! She already can’t see out of her other eye so I’d hate for her to be entirely blind. She is one of my nicest hens and unfortunately that’s why the other hens pick on her so I’m hoping she will be better but please someone help me I have no idea what to do

Have you separated her? That’s the first step is to get her somewhere warm and safe, away from the other hens. I don’t know exactly what to do, but for now just make sure she is separated.

Poor baby! Yes, separate her. I keep mine with the flock whenever possible, but she needs to be assessed. Can you get some sterile saline and gently rinse her eye for starters?
