Help! MomHen Chicks Brooder Question

How long keep them in brooder? They were hatched NYE!

Mom is being a good Mom but you can tell she wants out but then clams sits back with them then gets up looks around like where am I!

She’s poking at wall and scratching! Guess normal behavior now that she’s up moving around!?

I keep them in between two days and a month, depending on which flock mine came from and who mama is. The fiercer the hen and flock, the earlier I let them out.
