Help! Muscovy hen, eggs and imminent hatching!

Hi we are at day 34. My female Muscovy Pip has been very diligent & hardly moved off the nest. Today we found this egg pushed out the nest. I tried to pop it back in but she pecked it very aggressively. We opened it up and Fully formed and dead.
Anyone else experienced this?

they also kick out double yolkers. they know its dead since it wont respond
