Help my 2 day old chick might be dying

First time hatching chicks so I am freaking out. My chick is 2 days old and was very active and running around about 3 hours ago. But now suddenly she seems very lifeless. She is just laying in the brooder and breathing heavy, not really opening her eyes to move if she gets startled or moved.

I should also ad that I had removed a piece of wood shaving from her mouth when I noticed her acting very week. She must have gotten it out from under the cloth.
