Help!! My 3 wks chicks are mean to my newcomers!

I recently discovered with the help of some amazing BYC members that I indeed have a Roo, in fact, I have two! My Barred Rock Roo is not being very nice to my 2 new Easter Eggers that are approximately 6 weeks old and my 2 month old d'Uccle. He is not wanting them to be anywhere near him or the food/water. I was able to extract him from the coop so the new gals could snoop about and eat/drink in peace. However, Im worried about him continuing to peck at them and being new to chickens didnt know how much was normal and when I should step in for the gals safety and such. My other Roo doesnt seem to have a problem with the new gals.

I do realize that the most ideal situation would be to have them at a no physical contact separation where they could still see each other, however that's just not possible right now for us.
