Help!! My 3year old hen changed her voice!!

My 3 year old SS hen suddenly changed her voice.
She was fine this morning then this late afternoon, her voice changed.
Sounds like crow.
She was doing fine. Don't see any physical change like swollen face or anything.
Is she sick??? Anyone knows what's going on????

Is she the head hen? Sometimes in flocks without roosters the head hen takes over the rooster duties, including sort-of crowing.

She is pretty healthy but I just had mites problem.
