That's because you're pushing on her crop again. Don't give and grit/treats just yet. I don't start any treats until 2 weeks at least. It's very important for young ducklings to be on a good balanced ration. Purina duck pellets are excellent. You don't need to supplement with brewers yeast or treats.

Hey guys! Just wanted to tell you squeaky is doing great now. She healed pretty good on her own and now she’s eating and drinking a lot.

Only if you pick her up afterwards. I'm glad she's better! Never pick her up near her crop. Make sure she doesn't gorge herself, and she'll be fine.
