Help! My 7 wk old silkie chick is still tiny!

my chick was late with getting bigger, now its had a growth spurt and is almost as big as its sisters and brothers

is it doing ok with its insides or are they growing while the chicks body isn't? is it doing well otherwise, or is it breathing ok?

She/he is 9 weeks and can fit in my palm. I have noticed though that she is growing a lot in the past week so maybe she/he is like yours and is just a late bloomer
She also seem healthy and active so that's good. Her breathing is fine
