Help! My 7 wk old silkie chick is still tiny!

Are multiple silkies like this, or did you only buy one silkie? Silkies are a bantam breed, so they are a lot smaller than regular chickens, so it might be something normal, if it's not a whole lot smaller than your other sillier chicks.
I agree. Silkies and showgirls are both bantams. The bantam chicks are much smaller than Large Fowl chicks and grow slower. I think your 2 chicks are ok and that it is just that they are bantams. Good luck with your chicks. If they are going to live in the same coop with Large Fowl chickens you might want to keep an eye on them that they don't get picked on. Silkies sometimes have vaulted skulls and if pecked hard on the top of their heads can be injured.
 
just a suggestion here, but I read that roos grow a lot slower than hens, when I hatched mine the roos were about half the size! heres a picture of mine, their both the same age there and the little roo is on the left and hen on the right;

 
I was almost certain thr little chick was a hen and the bigger one a roo by their personalities! Hopefully your little one is a hen!

my two silkies are about 6 weeks and they are a lot bigger. These are the first two i have ever owned so I dont know too much, so dont know if its normal. Ill post some pics for refrence
