Help! My automatic turner broke and I didn't realize!

BTW - thank you for all the replies! I candled yesterday on day 17, and embryos are large and filling up about 2/3 of the egg, air sac getting bigger, and it looks like a little dance party in there! I tried to post a video, but won't let me post a mp4 video to show you...

Today I checked air sacs, and I find it strange that they're all in same bator in the same conditions (37.5C, humidity about 45% even with a dry bator where I am...) and air sacs are all in different stages. In my two larger eggs, air sacs have started to "dip" and definitely larger than the 2 others, but I've heard that the air sacs really start changing after day 20 to before lockdown. What do you all think? They looking ok and on track even though they're all different sized?

Hey, how did you do with your hatching? Our hatch date is this Fri night/Sat morning- so excited!! I’m also freaking out at the thought that we created life by simply putting eggs in a box, pushing some buttons and waiting. Anyway, 17 of our initial 25 eggs candled great last night and they’re now in lockdown. It’s my first time Incubating and I’m happy with the outcome. Some eggs were infertile, one I broke and about 4 quit.
Would love to see pics of your little hatchlings! And yes, the air sacs on my eggs were very different, too.

Oops, edited after remembering that you’re hatching ducks. So, if my math is correct they’re hatching right now?? Good luck!

They hatched on April 22, one day before due date. Of the 4 that made it to lockdown, 1 was dead in shell, 1 was very malpositioned and didn't last long, and two made it. Had to assist with all of them!

Currently have my next hatch in the bator, expected to hatch May 18. Set 18, and candled today on day 7 - 3 yolkers, and 2 quitters. Other 13 looking good so far, crossing fingers!

Good luck with your hatch! Here's the 2 that made it!
