The coccidiosis 'vaccine' is actually a small dose of coccidia, designed to help the chicks develop immunity to the actual disease (coccidiosis) that can happen with severe exposure at a young age.
Guessing wildly here; have they been chilled because of a brooder plate malfunction, so the coccidia then was able to take over?
All we can do online is guess; I hope the OP can find out what went wrong!

I’d start treatment with corid right away and clean out your brooder. I don’t think it will hurt anything, and if you’ve seen blood, they would all need to be treated anyway. At this point, the only thing you don’t have anything to lose . So sorry you’re going through this. Heartbreaking.

OP also said she had them debeaked. This in combination with the immunization, likely chilling, and coccidiosis (bloody stool) does not bode well. I've never dealt with immunizations, nor debeaked chicks, nor coccidiosis, but my guess is that the heat plate is defective or not at right height. Confirm with thermometer. The chicks need immediate treatment for coccidiosis. They may be suffering starve out b/c of the debeaking. I am an advocate of Poultry Nutri-Drench. Never having dealt with Cocci, I don't know if it can be used simultaneously with Corid.

Second-guessing a new chick owner is difficult, and sad. I hope the OP doesn't give up on having chickens, and can figure this out, and have success next time.

Hello...Very sorry for your loss. I use a heat lamp without issues. I take all precautions to mount it safely.
Possibly got cold and the debeaking contributed to the starve out..We all learn as we go...

Other than the first chick that died, there have been no symptoms. I watch them very carfully especially after losing the first one. I have the Eco Glow on the 2nd height settings, so it may not be low enough but yes, all the chicks are using it. I check on them before going to bed but every morning when I check on them since Thursday when they were delivered, I have one or more that is dead in a corner of the brooder. I am not using medicated feed because they were all vaccinated for maerks and cocc.

I am so sorry to hear this! That is heart breaking, but I don't think from what I read it's anything you did. It sounds like you did everything well, and im thinking it was the chicks themselves. I have never debeaked my birds either and I leave them as natural as possible.

I've raised chicks and had chickens for years and I've never had a sick chick or one die. I always have gotten mine from TSC. I would try another hatchery or TSC. I like to assess my chicks prior to buying and I like to hand pick my chicks to avoid any sick or possibly weak chick.

I may get flamed for this, but if anyone dislikes my opinion they can kindly ignore it.

Vaccinating a tiny newborn is extremely tough on the immune system. Take a newborn bird, introduce a virus and chemical carrier agents into its body, pack it in a box and ship it. Even an untreated 3 weeks old chick can die from stress alone in shipment. It’s normal to have day old chicks die on arrival, it’s very hard on them. But add this additional interference with their immune system and, in my opinion, it’s probably not surprising if most of them die. Even if they settle in and recover from their flight, their system is learning how to fight a virus, many viruses, and it might jut be too much for them.

Not saying it’s bad to vaccinate, I’m talking about the vax and ship combo. Beak clipping is traumatic on the body as well. I’m sure many people have done it with no major losses. And I could be way off the mark. But. That’s my first inclination.

I’m sorry for your loss. Losing chicks is awful . I do hope your losses stop and your biddies blossom into beautiful hens!

That is awful lot for any baby to go through. Whew! Just the shipping alone.......I've seen the results of just eggs being shipped.

I didn't see it addressed and don't know if it applies but if they were vaccinated for cocci make sure you aren't giving them medicated feed.
