It could be infected... I'm not certain what you should do to be honest, sorry. I would put some iodine on that navel for starters... try get some sugar water into it. Perhaps melt some manuka honey into some water and drop feed it.

Unfortunately I had one just like this. In all honesty if I had to do it again, I would put her out of her misery. I tried for several days to help mine, but In the end, it was an internal underdevelopment issue. There is nothing you can do to help.

Hello it did end up dying shortly after that poor baby I kept it comfortable and warm I'm glad it went fairly quickly thank you so much for you replies

Sorry you lost her It's great you had her comfortable and the passing was not long and drawn out. I believe unless you catch this immediately there's not really any hope.
