I wouldn't waste my time with DE. See if you can get some permethrin, it comes in liquid or dry powder. A lot more effective for treating external parasites like mites.

How long have you had him? Is he eating and drinking? Can you give him some Poultry NutriDrench or electrolytes, get him drinking water, and offer some cooked egg and mushy wet chicken feed? What do his poops look like? Was he vaccinated for Mareks?

about 2 months,he is eating and drinking some, probably, his poo looks normal but it small even for a bantam/sometimes its green and its always supe mushy

Green poop means he is starving. You could also treat for coccidiosis but you wouldn't be able to give him vitamins while you're treating him. I had a chicken pooping green who eventually died. I figured out the hard way she had cocci and treated my whole flock

There are so many different causes for your rooster to be sick like this. I’m not a vet, so I cannot diagnose, I can only leave possible suggestions of what it could be, so I suggest getting him tested for various diseases just in case. He looks very anemic to me, so he may be bleeding internal someplace or have parasites internally or externally. Here are some of my suggestions as to what it MAY BE—

Lice or mite infestation

Intestinal worms or parasites (Coccidiosis)

Chicken Anemia Virus (CAV)

Marek’s Disease

Avian Influenza

Avian Leukosis Virus (ALV)
