Help my bantam is slowly dieing

There are so many different causes for your rooster to be sick like this. I’m not a vet, so I cannot diagnose, I can only leave possible suggestions of what it could be, so I suggest getting him tested for various diseases just in case. He looks very anemic to me, so he may be bleeding internal someplace or have parasites internally or externally. Here are some of my suggestions as to what it MAY BE—

Lice or mite infestation

Intestinal worms or parasites (Coccidiosis)

Chicken Anemia Virus (CAV)

Marek’s Disease

Avian Influenza

Avian Leukosis Virus (ALV)

I don't think this is Avain Influenza. AI kill suddenly, usually within 24 hours.
Mareks and ALV are possibilities, thought paralysis is a symptom which we aren't seeing in this bird. Yet.
Good list, at this point I'd be most concerned about parasites (internal and/or external) until we see more symptoms, or get a reason to be concerned about something else.
