HELP! my bantam is walking around with her head in her breast

my bantam pearl is just walking around with her head "in" (just above her breast)

does she have wry (twisted) neck? How long has she been this way? How old is she? You could start her on polyvisol pediatric drops(NO IRON) about 2 drops 3 x per day. If she won't eat them off a bit of food, you can put the drops just inside her beak. Walmart etc. carries these drops usually in the infant section.

Sometimes this is caused by nutritional deficiencies to the particular bird or it can be caused by a blow or peck to the head. Could you post a photo of how she looks with head down? Can she raise her head to the normal position? Does she walk backwards?

oh my EVIL puppy bit her neck (puppy is my mothers) so yes thats prob it ty also shes been like it for bout ? well since the puppy bit her
