Connectdave, do you have commercial chicken feed in your area? Most have a balance of nutrients, and are a mix of finely ground corn, oats, wheat, and millet. If you had that, you could mix it with water and a little fish or egg.

@connectdave ,
In the United States many people eat what’s called “cereal” for breakfast. It’s quick and convenient.
Some American brand names for cereal products are cornflakes, wheaties, bran flakes, shredded wheat, Cheerios, granola ....
often they are “multigrain” With corn, oats, rice, flax or wheat combined.
Some types are marketed towards children and are loaded with sugar which is a bad thing but some do not have sugar in it.
“Cereal” is dry and comes in a box and typically Americans pour milk over it and eat it with a spoon from a bowl. I apologize for sounding so ignorant about food availability in your country but it dawned on me that something like that or even oatmeal or a multigrain infant cereals , which is mixed with water to a thick porridge consistency (the thickness of dal) would work for your roosters if you cannot get chicken feed.
