Help: My Broiler rooster is sick

Connectdave, do you have commercial chicken feed in your area? Most have a balance of nutrients, and are a mix of finely ground corn, oats, wheat, and millet. If you had that, you could mix it with water and a little fish or egg.

Yes we do have. It'far but that commercial factory farm will not provide anything to individuals unless it's in high bulk quantities. I seriously doubt they would provide , But still I can go and try to ask some chicken feeds to those ground workers. That's the farm from where I bought my2 roosters when they were to flush them out due to some weakness of new hatching.

@connectdave ,
In the United States many people eat what’s called “cereal” for breakfast. It’s quick and convenient.
Some American brand names for cereal products are cornflakes, wheaties, bran flakes, shredded wheat, Cheerios, granola ....
often they are “multigrain” With corn, oats, rice, flax or wheat combined.
Some types are marketed towards children and are loaded with sugar which is a bad thing but some do not have sugar in it.
“Cereal” is dry and comes in a box and typically Americans pour milk over it and eat it with a spoon from a bowl. I apologize for sounding so ignorant about food availability in your country but it dawned on me that something like that or even oatmeal or a multigrain infant cereals , which is mixed with water to a thick porridge consistency (the thickness of dal) would work for your roosters if you cannot get chicken feed.

Stacey as eggcessive mentioned about the ingredients I also thought the same. I was about to ask but you mentioned it. Here in stores we have Nestle Cerelac stages for babies contains the same as eggcessive mentioned. I thought of asking this morning. But I don't know how much to feed them daily. About India metro cities do have facility for everyone but where I am from ... It's the last backward state among all states in India. I am from the state Odisha. We hardly get good facilities for anything. Even if a human child is in normal danger , these hospitals over here denies to treat and asks us to take to different state where good hospitals are present like Apollo n care etc. Its Its all due to the bad politics and management in our state and our people in town just doesn't want growth and facilities. They like to live their life in same miserable way. There is so much a politician can do if your own people don't want better facilities in your own town.

This below picture of the poop is from now at 11:00 A.M and it's watery since he is not eating much and i am consuming him a lot of water with electrolytes. And the 2nd pic was from early morning and looks like the chalkish white things are of same amount as yesterday and the greenish things are grinded cabbage from last night with a bit of fish. I am still worried , he doesn't eat anything at all , it's been 6 days now. I am really wondering when he would eat of his own.

Your rooster is not a broiler man
He is a Leghorn
And why u guys give him watermelon or rice juice do u have idea about rice juice ? I don't hear about it even u live in India .ur rooster is having heat stress his poo is watery

Turn on ur cooler and let him sit there
And for god sake do search what chickens can eat giving anything harm them

do u guys know its been so hot in india about 45-46C chickens will eat so less we on the air conditioner all the time for my chickens ifi turn off they start pant do keep ur chicken cool give him.yoghurt mix with oatmeal
Give him bajra (pearl millet) to combat heat stress

And don't give him apple cider vinegar in summer u r making him more stress by giving him calcium u also didn't mentioned his overall symptoms

By this not eating nobody can't guess
His poo contains water that's why its chalky as they urinate much in the summer .

Ur rooster may not be sick only having heat stress by poop examine
