HELP! My chick’s foot is twisted up side down!

This chick hatched overnight all by itself. I’ve noticed throughout the day something was wrong with it, It wouldn’t stand up and walk around. I waited until it got more fluffy before I took it out of the incubator. I thought maybe it was spraddle leg, but then I noticed the bottom of its right foot was facing the ceiling. I’ve never had this problem before. What do I do?!

Cull. IMO, you can't help it.
If you hatch enough, you'll see all sorts of things.
I once hatched a chick with 3 legs. One was normal, one was a clubfoot and another growing from the cloaca that was nonfunctional. After taking a few pictures, I put it out of its misery.
