Help! My chick is acting weird!

Well right now I’m trying to give my chick some probiotics and granite as well as some medicated food she seems to be doing better
 
Granite? As in grit? I would not do that. Baby chicks do not need grit until they are taking foods other than chick crumbles, and I wait a few weeks for that. Do you have electrolytes or some room temperature Gatorade? I would get the chick drinking water right away, dipping it’s beak into the water for a half second to get it to swallow. A 6 day old chick might be suffering from shipping stress or failure to thrive. Make sure that it does not have any poop stuck on it’s vent. If there is any, clean it off with warm soapy water and dry with a tissue. Do you have it under a heat source?

I bought it from a local farm and I put some probiotics and electrolyte in the water and they recommend me granite for its digestion
 
As I said, chicks do not require or need grit until they are on grass or eating foods other than chick feed. I would wait 2-3 weeks for that. Right now, you chick sounds like it needs electrolyte water, or a couple of drops of Poultry NutriDrench as a boost. Feeding some chick feed mixed with water with a dropper may also help. Your fist post sounds like it is weak and puffed up.

Hey thank you so much I did what you told me to do and she’s so much more active then before not fully active but so much better
