HELP my chick is twitching

I've raised chickens for about 5 years and have never seen this before.

A couple days ago I noticed my chick just sitting but she'd get up and walk around. But today, she can't stand or sit right and now she's twitching..she seems to be in a lot of pain... her head, wings, and legs all twitch almost at the same time... she doesn't seem to be eating or drinking.. I need help notified what is wrong... she's only roughly 3 months old..

Welcome to BYC. Your pullet sounds as though it is having some neurological symptoms. If she is twitching, that sounds like a seizure. Is she awake enough to take some water with electrolytes in it? Could she be suffering from heat stroke? SaveAChick or Poultry Nutridrench would be good. If you lose her, I would refrigerate her body to send her for a necropsy by your state vet to find out the cause in case it is something contagious.
