help my chicken died as i held her

I found my chicken today in a nest box. I picked her up to get a closer look . she was a little heavy . as I look at her I saw that her bum was bigger then it should been and no she wasn't egg bound . as I pushed around her bum she went into shock.and die. I called my friend and asked him if chickens can die from constipation. he yes but I have to open her up to see if that's what happen to her. so I did . I cut her open and this clear fluid came out and smelt bad . as cut a bit more to look at her intestine I found little white spots every where including on her breast. I'm not shore if this a disease or cancer but I found more fluid hidden next to the intestines but this fluid was yellow in color and it was a little rubbery . please help me I need to know what to her . the breed is Australian game bantam

The fluid is probably Ascites. This link has info that maybe helpful.

Please note that the intestine is full of gas because parts of a Australia is having a heat wave . At home is 45 c
