Help!! My chicken has a floppy neck & can not stand properly!?

It may be beneficial to check with your state lab about having a necropsy done on her. It can give you answers to what happened and if you need to be proactive with other flockmates or if it was just her. I'm so sorry.
 
If you decide to go forward with the necropsy, keep the body cool but not frozen. It'd be best to contact the lab asap, just in case they're peculiar about anything (my closest lab won't take a body unless it's brought to them immediately after death, even if preserved with best home practices, which is rare)

Sometimes formal diagnostics are not an option. If you feel like you can do it, you may be able to tell what was going on by performing your own investigation at home. Look at the organs, reproductive system, etc. for anything abnormal.
