HELP MY CHICKEN HAS HEMMROIDS

Hemmroids or something like it. Two red fleshy round shaped things are hanging from her bum and she keeps bearing down. I read that it has a name and you could possibly push it back in? What are my options and is it fixable. This my first medical crisis. She doesnt seem too uncomfortable. I think what happened is that this very cold winter allowed feces to freeze to her butt and she couldnt get it off and was blocked. HELP

It's probably a prolapsed vent. Honey, sugar, or Preparation H ointment are all commonly used in and around the vent tissue to help reduce the swelling. Can you post a picture? You will want to lubricate the tissue, and push it back inside while holding it there for a few minutes. Keep the area clean from droppings, and a daily warm epsom salt bath is helpful and healing. To stop laying eggs, place her in darkness for 16 hours every night.
