Help my chicken intestines are coming out

When was your chick "born"? Are there other chicks? Did you incubate and hatch them yourself?

If the chick is under a week old, did you notice if it had a scab or sore located below it's poop hole?

I need to warn you that once the intestines are dragged out of the body, bacteria will immediately colonize the wet tissue. The treatment would need to include an antibiotic. You would need to find some sterile saline solution or make your own and flush the expelled tissue thoroughly. Can you do that? Then you would need to gently try to push the tissue back inside, which may not work. You need to prepare yourself to euthanize this chick if it doesn't work.
I hatched it myself

Do you know how the intestines ended up outside the chick? Was it this way when it hatched? Was the abdomen distended from the start? So, the chick is less than one day old? Please try to answer all four questions.
It ended up outside when it started hatching and it is less then one day old.

This^^^ I would do so now.

You answered two questions. Was the chick's belly large and swollen?

I am leaning toward a diagnosis of Omphalitis. This is when the yolk sac isn't completely absorbed at hatch, and that often leads to infection from bacteria taking advantage of an opportunity. In addition to the almost certain infection, the intestines outside the body are drying out and colonizing bacteria as we are making this thread.

This chick has a very poor outlook. You may certainly try the treatment I told you in my earlier post, but this tiny thing has probably less than a 30% chance of making it and having a normal life.
