Help! My chicken is being picked on

I think you need a good sized run built onto that and predator proof it too. Plus 3 chickens will argue. Having 5 is a better number.

OP would have to have a bigger coop and run for 5 chickens I think.

Well, 4x8 (32sf) is technically large enough for 3 chickens in the run, and the coop is 4x4. So using the 4sf per chicken in the coop and 10sf per chicken in the run, she has met the minimum standard. She has added obstacles. Not sure about the feeding stations yet. The chunnels are in addition to the 4x8 space.

She has reset the door so it opens earlier. Let's see how that works.

I like my girls to have a lot of space too. Makes for happier chickens.
