I just noticed today that my hen's feet are all bumpy, toes twisted and one of the bumps has ulcerated and bleeding. I don't know what to do. I wish I would have seen this earlier but she is bit thinner than the rest too. Can anyone help me??
She's 2 years old, RIR

Yeesh. Can you post pics? In the meantime, can you gently apply neosporin (without pain relief ingredient) on any open wounds......
Others will, I'm sure, be along with thoughts on this.

Separate her from the flock and quarantine her (preferably in the house). Give her electrolytes (Gatorade) and give her protein foods, greens, and yogurt to help get her weight back up. She may have a vitamin deficiency; she also may have scaly leg mites. It doesn't sound like an emergency yet, but she should be watched; this is just good stuff to do for any sick bird. Pictures would really help, too.
Hope your hen's OK!

Thanks for the replies. I'll bring her in the house tomorrow morning and will get some pictures. I think I'll soak her feet and then apply ointment. I'm thinking antibiotics but not sure what kind. I'll wait until I get some pictures posted and maybe more feedback from BYC members.
