Yes she has egg yolk peritonitis I'm sure of it.the question I'm going to ask you now is what are you wanting to do about it,are you willing to take her to a avian vet? Do you want to try to do some of the things she needs done at home first? But eventually she will need a hormone patch (desorelin) placed in her to stop her from laying as she is an internal layer and will keep getting a swollen stomach and peritonitis bacterial infections because she will keep laying eggs into her abdomen puting her on some strong antibiotics and getting a vet to drain her abdomen and instaling the desorelin patch in her is the only way you can keep her alive and with you its the only option that you have and a wish that I had a easier answer for you let me know how she's doing once you dicide what to do for her.

Well the only way this can be done is buy going in to a vet because they have to install the implant under the neck musele and it cost me 170 dollars to do this but unfortunetly they won't just give you the desorelin implant, hey you can ask but how whould you put it in?

I dosent need to be a avian vet can be a regular vet too, but no this is the only thing you can do to save her,I'm sorry but she must see a vet to have this done

well thanks for the posts. im going to keep researching, don't know

... maybe I'll find something else

oh and its getting worse she cant roost

Does her belly feel like it's full of fluid? If so, you could drain it yourself. It might buy her some time, but she will eventually die without veterinary intervention, which is way too expensive for most people, myself included.

This is a hen I did:
Hen was cleaned with Chlorhexidine, had a 1" 18 gauge needle inserted and I syringed out about 500 ml of fluid.

If her belly feels firm, it's possible that she has a stuck egg that's been there for weeks, maybe months. Is she thin?

This is what it might look like:
