HELP!! MY CHICKEN SWALLOWED A LONG PIECE OF FOAM!!

Help! My young rooster swallowed a long piece of stryofoam and its stuck in his crop! What should i do? And what happens when it passed through his crop, will it cause digestive issues? The foam he swallowed was that bubbly kind. Im worried! He’s making all sorts of weird neck movements!

In the meantime, get some coconut oil, feed some to him and then take some and massage his crop to help pass it along. Not sure what problems it oculd cause by I suppose it will cause a few.
Open his beak and see if you can see anything stuck.
I suppose he is not eating nor drinking? Am I right?

He’s drinking water but he seems uncomfortable while making those rapid neck movements. Im trying to get in contact with a vet nearby!

Okay keep trying to get the vet and stay calm. Do the crop massage while you wait, make sure he drinks properly without chocking

Remember be calm. I heard giving some egg white helps make things pass thru quickly.

He’s drinking quite fine but seems uncomfortable. I can’t seem to see anything when looking down his beak. I’m trying ti contact some veterinarians nearby!

Do NOT turn him upside down or in any way try to get him to vomit. He could aspirate and that would be bad.
