Help! My chicken's bleeding on her foot!

A few weeks ago I noticed my Plymouth Bard Rock was bleeding, it was only a little bit so I thought it would heal, and it stopped after that. But then it opened up again and she has been bleeding lots.
I think she has probably caught on something but I'm not sure if I should clean it and wrap it up or just leave it to heal.
What do you think?

I would try to clean it with soap and water, inspect it to make sure there is nothing in it and then put neosporin on it and wrap it.
