Help! My chickens has a hole in her head

I'd leave her with the flock if there is no rooster there, apply antibiotic ointment and monitor. If there is a rooster in the flock, I would remove him until she is healed - it will take time, but she will heal.
I'm gonna tag onto this post -- my new pullet has a similar hole, but it's fresher. I recently put everyone into the same coop, I've been letting them out into the grass often, and I've been watching closely, but this still happened.

My main question is would you do the same thing if the bully is a hen? Take the bully hen out?

It's not bleeding and she's acting perfectly fine but what should I do?
That looks like a dry gangrene. Put some ointment on it, protect from flies and wait to see how much tissue loss there is. Dry gangrene will self-limit, stays in that spot and has a distinct edge; it doesn't spread to bloodstream like a wet gangrene does.
***Don't soften it or try to scrub it. ***
If its superficial the skin will granulate over the wound after the dead tissue falls off. If shes acting ok i dont think its thru the skull. Give it time. Update us on what it looks like down the road.
