1 of my hens started sneasing about a week ago and realised that she had bubbles by her eyes which were mucus, she seems completely normal but I noticed that another hen was doing the same thing but it doesn't affect their foraging, eating or drinking. Ive got a bad feeling its infectious bronchitis but just wanted to see what everyone else says, do i treat or leave them alone and what should i treat them with?

IB is hard to distinguish from MG, coryza, or some of the other respiratory diseases, but it usually doesn't have the facial and eye swelling. Most of the time they just sneeze and have nasal drainage. The eye bubbling sounds bad--I would look for swelling and dry crusts around the eyes. IB will last about a month to 6 weeks, and probably all of your hens will get it. Antibiotics won't affect it, but would help secondary infections such as pneumonia. Personally, I would treat the sick ones with Tylan 50 since you can't be sure it's not one of the worse diseases. It can be given as a shot into the breast muscle once a day X 3 days, or orally for 7 days.
