* UPDATE *
I gave her a bath and rinsed her eye under the running faucet. Upon further inspection, she seems to have a lump or bump in front of her affected eye that seems to possibly irritating her affected eye. Could a spider bite or mosquito bite have caused this too? We have black widows in our yard and my hen loves to forage and search for bugs under branches and bushes.
I posted updated photos of her bad eye and also her good eye (last closeup photo) for comparison.

My 21 week old Easter Egger hen has white foam coming from her right eye. She seems otherwise fine. I think it may be Mycoplasma Gallisepticum or maybe Infectious Bronchitis (from a quick google search).
She keeps scratching at it with her foot & I’m worried it could get worse.
I have separated her from the rest of the flock and will quarantine her.
I have never dealt with this before.
What can be done to help her?
Is that what this looks like?
How could she have caught this?
How can I help her eye?

Any other symptoms? Sneezing? Coughing? If it is MG I don’t think there is much that can be done to eliminate the bacteria but some antibiotics can help with symptoms. Let me tag some more knowledgeable people to help!
@Wyorp Rock @Eggcessive @azygous
Thank you. No other symptoms as of now. She is irritated that I separated her from her flock. I don’t know what to do.

Foam and/or bubbles in the eyes can be a symptoms of Mycoplasma.

Flush eyes with saline, remove any pus/foam or debris. Put an ointment in the eye (like Terramycin). Do this a couple of times a day.

You can order Tylosin online, this is a common antibiotic used to treat symptoms of Mycoplasma.

Here's some reading about diseases:

Simple foaming in the eye may just be from a simple early eye infection or maybe even just a bit of dirt in the eye. Do as @Wyorp Rock instructed. That may take care of it. I would guess it's something simple. But if it gets worse, then assume it's a respiratory infection and treat for that.
