Help! My DH thinks they're ALIENS! (PICS) (UPDATE!)

EGGS! They are 8 and a half months! I got eggs! I was away visiting my sis, and my kids were in charge of the various critters for the 4 days I was gone...ANd she didn't notice the eggs sitting there! There 'was' 4 of them. One got half eaten (hopefully this will NOT be a habit) . I was shocked! I figured they wouldn't lay anything, EVER!
