I agree that pictures of the wounds may be helpful. Green skin is usual for bruising. She may be sore or have internal injuries that are preventing her from wanting to eat. I would keep offering water, and good food that she likes. Cooked egg and a mash of her feed is good. Can she stand and walk?

Her wounds are like this in her wings area and on her top ..
She still eat a lil n walk a lil
Maybe she's in pain

She probably is sore. If you have baby aspirin, you can give 1/2 tablet orally twice a day for a couple of days for pain

Should I still keep her warm ??
And she drinks water cant say alot ..

But if she's not eating much still can I give her this medicine?

if it’s warm where you are she should be fine unless she acts cold.
you can also give her clear Gatorade she may like the taste and drink more.
