Help !!! My dog bite my chicken

How is your hen doing today? Does she seem better? If it hurts to eat she may be avoiding eating. The 1/2 baby aspirin will help with the pain and help her to want to eat more.
Still thinking about y'all.

You would need a vet to diagnose the problem. Or just keep doing what you are doing and as long as she seems comfortable and getting better, wait. Do realize that if she seems to remain in pain for some time and is getting worse, you may have to cull her.
This is a very personal decision and an extremely hard decision to make. Only you can decide what is best for you, your family and flock and this hen. My thoughts and prayers remain with you in this time of need and continue to hope she regains her strength and we have pictures of her running around. But sadly some birds are just so delicate, we can only insure they do not suffer unnecessarly.
Remember, as I said this is a personal decision that no one can make for you or your bird. Keep letting us know how she progresses. :hugs
