You would need a vet to diagnose the problem. Or just keep doing what you are doing and as long as she seems comfortable and getting better, wait. Do realize that if she seems to remain in pain for some time and is getting worse, you may have to cull her.
This is a very personal decision and an extremely hard decision to make. Only you can decide what is best for you, your family and flock and this hen. My thoughts and prayers remain with you in this time of need and continue to hope she regains her strength and we have pictures of her running around. But sadly some birds are just so delicate, we can only insure they do not suffer unnecessarly.
Remember, as I said this is a personal decision that no one can make for you or your bird. Keep letting us know how she progresses.

She doesn't seem like in some or something
She just didn't eat today n bcuz she don't have any energy so maybe she's sitting.. after all carring herself is also kinda of a work to her for now as she's so weak ...
I have ordered electrolyte for her .
Will be giving her today n let's see if it helps...
I know she's a survivor n she'll survive this too !!

That is a pretty large wound. How are you treating it? It may take some time to heal and for the skin to close. Manuka honey can be good to apply to a large wound.

I' clean it with chlorhexidine and apply neosporin cream

It looks like the muscle tissue is exposed. I don’t think that is pus, but does it smell bad or have drainage? I would continue with the chlorhexidene and Neosporin twice a day.

Here's a update on laddu..
Today she walked by herself and drink water on her own ..
Still not eating anything though she roam around the house n seems a lil bit better
