Help! My dog keeps eating the chicken food

I wasn't sure where the best place to post this would be but I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem. My dog loves chicken food (layers pellets and cracked corn) and he sneaks in their run and gobbles it up whenever he can. Recently he has been experiencing digestive issues and I'm wondering if this might be the cause.....

My dog also likes chicken pellets and tries to get in the coop when ever she can to get it but will not eat dog food no matter what kind I buy even the expensive stuff!!

No. It could be from eating the chicken poop though. He'll get used to it.

Our dog eats the chicken feed too! It does make it so that he can’t hold his poop over night. A lot of the seed comes through whole. He hasn’t started chirping yet I’m able to keep him out of it during winter since he wants to be inside, but summer is going to be a challenge. We have a similar set up to yours. I’m thinking of adding a door that is big enough for the girls but that the dog can’t get through. Then I can leave the food in the tiny run all the time.

Same! But we tried Farmer’s Dog and he gulps it down. Talk about expensive
