Help!!! My drakes are fighting....

Hello, I have two drakes that are a year old this Easter, they are fighting like crazy! They used to get along so well. These are my first ducks and I am worried about them hurting each other. Is this normal? Will they stop? Do I need to separate them? I only have one duck house, and I don’t know how that would work.... Any suggestions?

I have two drakes as well. I had to separate mine due to fighting. It is breeding season, so you may see much more of this. I reccomend separating them. Mine were separated for a few weeks before I decided to try and integrate them back together. So far, so good, but I am prepared to separate them again if need be.

No females, just the two boys... I would hate to separate them, but if I have to I will... they really seem to hate each other right now, it so sad to see such good friends go at it like that.

It's breeding season and Drakes mature and become aggressive towards each other. It's not personal just Drakes. Separate them because they can injure each other.

Pretty much a forever thing..They will eclipse and get along again a few months but will fight the majority of the year.

What a bummer! I feel like they really go at it when they see me, but when I am watching them out the kitchen window there fine.... it is what it is, I love them and don’t want them to get hurt!

Without Hens they became sexually frustrated and look at you as the Hen I'm thinking..
