Help! my duck has a "bad" leg

My duck sticks its leg out and wont stand up. he occasionally will get up the eat or drink but that`s it.
Im worried. He has been like this for 2-3 weeks.

Run you hand up and down the bad leg does it feel hot?How does the bottom of his foot look?
