the nearest vet that will accept poultry is roughly 6 hours drive drive from where i live and would cost between 1000 and 2000$ so not really an option

update: pepper ate about ten layer pellets and maybe a spoon of soffend oats, it is cold and raining so i put her in a box inside for the night because she was shivering under a bush, she is looking a little better now she is warm and dry. taking a video might be difficult because she is terrified of phones and cameras but i will try in the morning

Her feather coat is in bad condition as you can see in the pictures.

I understand. Your duck looks like she isn't feeling well. Have you checked her for mites and lice? Can you bring her and a buddy into a warm place until she starts feeling better?

Cracked wheat and a special diet sometimes helps but a Vet is your best course of action if you want to save the Duck?

I agree that a vet would be best, but the OP said it's not an option, so now we should try to find a way to help the OP and their duck that's not eating.
