Go ahead and candle but don’t turn the egg or flip it upright
Keep it in position
When they have internal pip you will see a beak also at the end of the fat end you will see shadowing of the baby
The movement will either be random flickers or up/ down in a pattern like breathing movements
You can take a video and I can try to help you figure it out
Also take pics of the egg so we can see if there is bruising outside the air cell
I don’t recommend making any holes in the egg until baby has either bruised the egg or internal pip is made

temperature dropped this morning to 36.1 but only for about 10 minutes think it’s because it’s gone very cold where I live.

If that temperature is in celsius, that much drop for a few minutes will not a problem. Even air temperature of 36 F for a few minutes would probably be fine.

I see someone else already gave an opinion about when to put in a safety hole, so I won't add to that.
