Help. My ducks poop is getting worse

I'd also cut back on the tomatoes everyday. As a treat they are ok. Also no stems or greens.
I noticed Purina flockraiser doesnt have a lot of phosphorus in case theres some gout issues. My male can only eat food without thiamine which leaves 20 percent protein options until I found Modesto Millings. My other female duck had Bumblefoot but more of the HPV one than red staph.

You have 3 threads today. Can you combine them? Could you explain what is going on? Did you get a fecal float at your vet on your dog’s droppings? What did the vet say? I see a cecal poop from a duck or chicken with some white urates (uric acid.) Are you worried that the dogs are spreading enterobacter to your ducks or vice versa? Enterobacter is a gram negative bacteria found in droppings, and sometimes it can cause problems. I will tag some duck people. @Miss Lydia @Jenbirdee @Goosebaby ?
The poop is better for the female since giving enroflaxin but the males went back. I dont think white liquid is bad anymore but the green poop looks like a bacteria or parasite still exist. I had tried Tylosin first which didnt do much. Then she showed me how she had shut off her egg lsying due to an intolerance of the other sick duck. She started laying again once Daphne passed away.
Monday photos. Drakes poop is runnier than hens. Donald Drake poop on left. Daisy hen is brown on the right. I have introduced green kelp pellets.

Also, last Friday Daisys poop was back to huge pillows of white cream and I have been using fluconozole gor 20 days on and off. Plus, I had just dewormed with Alben hoping they were making white stuff.

Basically, Daisy began pooping white stuff and no eggs. Then Donald caught it. Then she started laying eggs again.

It sounds like you've given these birds a load of different drugs, including partial courses of treatment(?), without knowing what the problem even is or whether it's bacterial, fungal etc. I wouldn't be surprised if that was what's caused at least some of the issues you think you're seeing.

Not giving a full course of antibiotics also increases the risk of antibiotic resistance - something that's already such a problem with Enrofloxacin that it's banned for use in poultry in a lot of places.

You haven't answered the question about where you live (country/state is fine, no need to be too precise) and it isn't on your profile. Even if you can't access veterinary treatment, people might be able to suggest somewhere that you could send off fecal samples for testing to see what the problem actually is.
