help!!! My ducks wings are red and he keeps cleaning and scratching!

My 2 week old duckling has these red marks on his wings and I’m not sure if it’s normal or not, he’s been acting totally fine, healthy appetite, playful etc, the only thing I did notice is the redness and the constant biting and scratching..he’s kept in his brooder with fresh pine bedding and a heat lamp. He’s a single duckling that I rescued from someone who was going to throw him out, he’s also got a stuffed animal for comfort but I’ve noticed that when I walk away he starts chirping for me and I’m wondering if this is just him biting in irritation or if it’s something I should be concerned about! Please help, first time duck mom

Yes, since it’s just him in there I plan on getting a bigger one when he turns 4 weeks and is the itching and biting himself part of his new wings coming in?

Yes. But you need at least one more and better two more ducklings to keep him company. Duvklings are flick animals and they need other ducklings to interact with
