Help! My EE hen is a raw egg addict!

My EE hen was caught eating her second raw egg today!!! She is constantly looking in the nesting boxes looking for eggs unattended. How do I stop her???

O, I forgot to mention that every time she lays an egg, she turns around and tries to eat it!!!

Blow out an egg, and fill it with mustard. They hate the taste. You can try roll out nest boxes (so they can't reach the eggs). Sometimes it's hard to stop this problem.
