My hen did that to. I put coconut oil on And put on the incabator, then put it back with her the any ate the chick in side. So if you have an incabator than I would put it in there. Good luck.

Ok thanks! I put him in the incubator, the others are still under her. I plan on moving them to the incubator next week. I wouldn't turn the smashed egg, but turn the other eggs 3x a day. I turn mine personally at 8 a.m., 1 p.m., and 6 p.m.Ok so another quick question. What's the time between turning the egg?
