HELP my eggs have piped but nothing's happening

it's been 24 hours and still nothings happend.

The chick is still cheaping though, which i suppose is a good sign.

I ended up helping it out but it had its organs in a sack outside its body,
so we rushed it to the vet and they had to put it to sleep.

i am so sad. i can't sleep or anything. i've just been cleaning everything, i don't know what i'm going to do after everything is clean.

yes i know but i had nothing else.
we recentely made an incubator but the thermastat only went up to 35, we didn't know this because the person we bought it off said it went up to 40, which is annoying.
