They're a bit bare but if you catch them early enough you do not have to clip a lot.

Looks like healthy skin and vent to me. She may be a bit of a lazy pooper or she may be extra fluffy which can accumulate poop. I see no Vent Gleet.

If she is active, eating/drinking and doing normal chickeny things - you're good to go!

Glad you got the first time bath over. I was nervous about it too. Glad she did so well. It's always good to clean down there when it looks bad. It thought mine just had a poopy butt and turned out to be something worse I realized after the bath. Her vent looks pretty healthy though

Her vent looks pretty healthy to me. I was just saying it good your keeping it clean to keep an eye on things. Sometimes it is just poo
