The amount of posts I’ve made recently with chicken issues is ridiculous 🤦🏼‍♀️

I noticed today one of my girls broke her beak. From the research I’ve read, it seems like it will grow back? It doesn’t look like anything is exposed as it’s hopefully just the tip and she ate grass and mealworms with no visible issue. Just curious if there is anything I should be doing for her or if it is painful and needs intervention? Thank you x a million!

I feel reassured by the posts on this thread. Last night, Pricilla was attacked by a raccoon. I always count heads before closing up the coop at night. Somehow I missed Pricilla, who was just outside the coop. I'm kicking myself. Around 1AM, we were awakened by a disturbance. A raccoon had gotten into the yard and attacked her. She fought back and when I rushed out, the predator ran off. She has a broken beak and a possible bite near her wing. It bled so I hope it is clean. I'll take her to our vet this morning. I will follow the instructions others have posted about isolation, feeding soft food, water, and protection against infection. I'll put out a live-capture trap to get the varmint, then relocate it to a wilderness area.
