Help! My hen is mounting my other hens

Sometimes, in an all-hen flock, one of the hens will... sort of become a rooster. One of their ovaries, I think it was, will kind of change into a testicle and start producing testosterone. I assume that this is to take the place of a rooster in order to keep the flock going.
It's very weird and happens pretty rarely, but it does happen.
You may want to rehome her -- er, him... she could also start crowing at some point, perhaps.

I've had this same thing going on... and it's very annoying. My 1 hen (Attilla the Hen) has been more problems than I can count... broody, bullying, eating eggs, pecking other's feathers off, and now she's mounting my other hens, holding their neck down & climbing on their backs, pecking their feathers out & crowing! The crowing is loud & obnoxious. This he-hen lays random, poor quality eggs with such weak shells that she breaks them when she's leaving the nest - & then eats them! (I have 2 oyster shell stations for them, and layer feed & no one else has this issue.) Here she is "crowing"... Crowing hen
