HELP my incubator got to 110° do they still have a chance?

How long should I keep them in the incubator after the air hole before there is no shot at hatching?

On some I can’t candle and I’m unsure where I should make the hole

It is day 21 and still nothing yet I’m getting nervous they won’t hatch.

And since I can’t see the air sack when I candle how and where should I do a safety hole?

None of them ended up hatching and most died in the early stages I had 2 with feathers one was alive I made a safety hole and he was covered in feathers but I saw no movement and the yolk was mostly absorbed but after a week past the 18 days in the incubator I saw no progress and decided to call it quits I was not sure it was alive but it was just going on for too long without progress. So I knew there was no hope of hatching even if it was alive.
